sweetgreen was founded upon the belief to bring “passion and purpose” to their customers’ lives through salads.  Over time, customers created a relationship with the brand beyond salads and how sweetgreen played a role in their broader conscious achievement mindset. 

Thus, Gin Lane built upon the original digital ordering experience we delivered and evolved the experience to “Empower our customers to live their sweetlife”.

Through a foundation of personalization, we empowered sweetgreen to relevantly connect with their customers through the wellness habits they were already embodying, and thus giving them a deeper reason to engage and ultimately convert time and time again. 

We delivered a holistic product strategy, and brought the strategy to life through detailed product design for the next mobile app generation, focused on engagement and loyalty.
