Where Viking appliances meets Design within Reach, the Pirch brand and store was a playground for interior designers and consumers alike.   However, their website did not reflect or connect the rich, hands-on experience in store.  

We created and visualized a seamless in-store and online experience for Pirch by strategically leveraging digital and technology to build an omnichannel customer experience from initial engagement to post purchase.  A strong collaboration between strategy user experience, copy and visual design to align all touchpoints across the user journey.
